‘A revolutionary new way to manage your leisure and lifestyle needs’.
‘Source’ launches – the innovative digital lifestyle App redefines traditional concierge services. In offering a variety of concierge services at a very attractive price (annual membership from £200, as opposed to traditional concierge services with fees typically in excess of £2,000 per year), Source targets the ever-increasing 650.000 consumers in the UK who earn in excess of £150,000 per year.
Research has indicated that 77 percent of affluent consumers believe that the internet has enabled them to do more without the help of others. Source responds to these consumer needs with the crucial understanding that time-short, affluent people want to ask questions – they do not want to sift through pre-set alternatives online, preferring to shape and receive educated options that are presented quickly and thoughtfully. With a major focus on transparency of supplier relationships and value, Source provides access to otherwise hard to reach and established market leading merchants across food and wine, the home, health and fitness, entertainment, travel, event planning, yacht charter, property, children’s services and much more.
“It was time to redefine the traditional concierge service. We provide transparency and make concierge services accessible to a wider, more value conscious, audience than traditional offline offerings, all optimised for the ‘on-the-go’ individual”, says co-founder James Crabb.
Source was founded by investment banker James Crabb, who has extensive insight into the lifestyle habits of the affluent market, and technology expert Akshay Rangnekar, who had previously developed technology for Microsoft and Skype, and worked in technology strategy at McKinsey and Company.
“Knowing that the digital age has revolutionized the way people behave, Source simplifies life for the busy individual with an extremely user friendly and beautifully designed app. Source brings mobile access to a range of exclusive market leading suppliers in one intuitive interface, enabling members to access products and services that in many cases were not previously available through digital means”, added co-founder Akshay Rangnekar.
Source is currently available in the UK and is targeted to expand globally in the near future.
